The customer must arrive at the unit to check the cleaning progress half an hour before the service is completed and decide whether it is necessary to extend the service hours.
The customer must check that the unit’s work has been completed and satisfied before payment, otherwise the company will not follow up or arrange the time for compensation.
If the customer discovers that any item in the unit has been damaged due to employee’s negligence, please notify the company immediately. The company will make a maximum compensation of HK$300.
