Q&A Session

  • Temporary cancellation of service: One week’s notice is required, and the service will be replenished in the same week. If it is less than one week, the company will not make any compensation.
  • Insurance: The cleaning contract already includes insurance
  • Compensation: The company’s maximum compensation for the loss caused by the accident is HK$300.
  • Service time: After confirmation by both parties, neither party is allowed to change the service period at will.
  • Charges: Customers must pay the monthly cleaning fee on or before the 5th of each month, otherwise the company will stop the cleaning service.
